This was the opening video for an annual tech conference held in Salt Lake City, Utah, called Domopalooza. It is put on by Domo, an AI and data analytics company located in American Fork, Utah. The inspiration for this video was based on the conference look and feel (created by Domo's internal creative team). Our goal was to combine the look and feel of the conference while celebrating the last ten years. Using a style that is akin to a high school year book we tried to generate a nostalgic feel for the audience. Highlighting some of the previous year's guest speakers like Magic Johnson and Phil Jackson, we showcased a montage of quick clips stylized for effect. The second half takes the audience from the past to looking forward into what is a vast expanding universe of AI and technological advancements.
